How do Commissions Work?
All commissions must be submitted through the "Commissions Form." After you submit, please allow 2-3 business days for a response. I’ll confirm whether I can proceed and finalize details such as size, medium (acrylic, watercolor, etc.), payments and the due date. Keep in mind that each commission is handled individually, so a 30-day notice before your desired completion date is required to ensure quality. Once we agree on the details, an invoice will be sent for e-signature, and payment is due within 48 hours. If I don’t hear back from you, the commission may be canceled, and you’ll need to resubmit. How does Shipping and Delivery Work?
Please allow 3-4 business days for your package to be shipped. Once it’s on its way, delivery typically takes an additional 3-4 days through USPS. If you don’t receive your package within this timeframe or if it arrives damaged, please contact me via email.
Do you accept Returns?
At this time, we do not accept returns on original artwork. However, we handle refunds for other items on a case-by-case basis. If you encounter any issues with your order, please don't hesitate to contact me via email, and I’ll be happy to assist you!
How should I care for my artwork?
Congratulations on your new hand-painted masterpiece! To ensure your art remains as vibrant and stunning as the day you received it, we include specific care instructions tailored to your piece with every package. As a general rule, it's essential to keep your original artwork dry and use the wall hangers on the back (if provided) for secure display. For other products, such as stickers and prints, please also keep them dry to preserve their quality. By following these simple guidelines, you’ll help maintain the beauty and longevity of your cherished art. If you have any questions about the care of your artwork, feel free to reach out!
